Guardian Technologies is revolutionizing the fire safety and insurance landscape by replacing tedious, reactive measures with intelligent, data-driven automation. With fire damages costing over €5 billion annually in Germany alone, the industry required a solution that could outperform traditional, costly infrastructure. BatchOne partnered with Guardian Technologies to engineer the answer:
The All-In-One Fire Suppression Robot.
BatchOne engaged with the project at its earliest stage, serving as a holistic partner across industrial design, systems, mechanical, and electrical engineering. We helped translate the initial vision into a viable product architecture, starting with a rigorous definition of requirements and concept development. To ensure the hardware embodied the company's identity, we integrated brand values directly into the industrial design process, defining specific Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) directions early on.
Beyond the aesthetic and conceptual phase, BatchOne drove the technical execution. We engineered a system capable of using computer vision and AI to locate and suppress fires 97% faster than traditional methods—without the need for complex piping. Finally, to support Guardian Technologies' market entry, we produced high-fidelity photo-realistic renderings and animations, equipping the team with the visual assets needed for their pitch decks, website launch, and PR campaigns.
