He is a questioner and leads the complex questions to a solution that is as simple as possible.

He has accompanied many young companies as well as new concepts from established large corporations and can draw on this wealth of experience to come up with new ideas and solutions. 

With more than 40 years of experience, Stephen is a highly experienced Senior General Manager who performed CFO functions at Azego, Ingram Micro, Rebound Electronics and Sharp, often being responsible for acquiring competitors and leading change management processes. 

He has numerous experiences of starting up companies globally across Asia and Europe encompassing sales, business development, distribution, sourcing and financial reporting to achieve USD multi-million growth. He is very experienced at identifying the right suppliers across Europe and Asia for electronic components, plastic or metal parts as well as large contract manufacturers that act as an all-in-one solution.

Likewise, Stephen has a high-level negotiation capability on major, complex and time-consuming contracts.

With over 30 years of experience in the multinational electronics and semiconductors industries, in distinct senior management roles in Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Business Development, and Marketing.

Strong technical background covering end-to-end products lifecycle (specification, design, go-to-market strategies, qualification, ramp-up, cost-optimization, till end-of-life ) combined with a wide experience and proven achievements managing manufacturing operations and sourcing (equipment, materials, design, and manufacturing services).

His management skills, a strong affinity for improving processes and reducing costs, and wide networking enable him to deliver clients the best, most reliable, and most competitive supply chain options worldwide.

Nicolas is an experienced hands-on engineer who can help you navigate the path from prototype and in-house assembly to production with contract manufacturers. An adept of the Toyota Production System approach, he will observe, listen, and ask questions before leveraging his network and experience to deliver solutions.

Nicolas worked in large international corporations (Saint-Gobain, PCC Structurals, Avnet) and young SMEs such as Dragon Innovation, on different continents and in multiple industries.

His education was focused on materials science, mechanical engineering, and process improvements (Lean & 6 Sigma).

Jenny has an outstanding ability to help suppliers understand what BatchOne clients need and which manufacturing related requirements the products shall meet. She is fascinated by the power of soft skills to drive and motivate suppliers to do what they should do. This, coupled with her engineering approach and expertise in international environments, makes it possible for her to achieve success in projects together with international partners, most notably suppliers based in Asia.

Mark, a veteran of business operations within China, founded White Horse in March of 2004. Mark began his career in electronics with an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, where he ran operations, training, and team building. One of his primary focuses was on quality, where he trained emphatically on IPC/JEDEC standards, operational process and quality controls, and efficiencies.

Today he focuses on identifying counterfeit electronics and helping companies to ramp up production processes in China with factory audits, pre-shipment inspections, production monitoring and logistics.

Angelika draws on 20 years experience in managing and streamlining manufacturing processes on national and international levels. Her main areas of expertise include the industrialisation of product ideas and functional prototypes, through to setting up production and supply measures for mass production processes. Due to her sharp analytical mind, as well as her high level of people skills she is able to provide input in times of crisis and support teams throughout major change processes. During her career she has restructured SME organisations and lead teams of up to 200 staff. Her experience as head of production includes mechanical as well as electrical manufacturing processes (EMS).

Angelika´s industry background includes the railway sector, e-mobility and automotive technologies.

With over 25 years of experience in the international electronics industry in functions ranging from development engineering, procurement, and head of sourcing teams to local site management,  Achim has the know-how to quickly capture areas needing attention and drive them towards resolution. 

Achim has access to a wide-ranging network of international partners and manufacturing teams for sourcing, design or as manufacturing partners. Driving sourcing and procurement for global companies, he is familiar with the challenges that the definition of value flow and logistics across the globe present to the manufacturing flow. Achim is forward-thinking and raises questions to address challenges before they occur.

Achim works in and supports startups from idea to factory-setup. He has driven process changes in large and small entities and, given his background in engineering, he understands the challenges on the path from idea to mass-production.
