About
GasVisor transforms CO₂ management from a manual, inefficient process into a digital and automated standard, solving critical facility management issues like unexpected outages and time-consuming manual checks. BatchOne partnered with Gastimate Technologies to bring this vision to life, serving as the primary development partner for their first hardware product:
The GasVisor IoT device.
We guided the project from an initial product vision into a market-ready solution. The result is a robust, battery-operated device that attaches directly onto CO₂ bottles to automate inventory monitoring and reordering in industrial and gastronomy environments. To achieve this, BatchOne and Gastimate executed a complete redesign of the initial concept in a short time frame. We utilized rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing and vacuum forming, to validate the new direction cost-effectively without committing to expensive traditional tooling early on. Once the design was validated via several tests, we led the product through final refinement during the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) phase and successfully transitioned the GasVisor into mass production.
